You need to log onto www.Amazon.com and then click on the Help button. This forum is for people to ask questions that are not Amazon-specific. In other words, we do research or look up music or people, etc. We don’t work for Amazon and don’t know the specifics of how they handle things, nor do we know why they don’t sell online storage space.
