In short, at this time it is not possible to mount a successful legal challenge to the 1973 case that effectively legalized abortion – Roe v. Wade. It is instead through the unique ADF combination of strategy (with allies on pro-life issues), training (of future pro-life judges), funding (of the pro-life cases and projects of allies), and litigation (of ADF pro-life clients and situations) that we strive to see our nation’s laws once again affirm and respect human life.
