Why doesn ABC Real Estate School offer live-classroom courses for their pre-licensing students?
We used to offer both live-classroom and correspondence courses. The advantage of correspondence education is that students can study at their own pace, at the times convenient to them. It is more personalized. Students can call with questions and be offered individualized attention. Correspondence students are provided with audio CD’s which give them a small, interruption-free lecture for each day, replacing the live-classroom instruction.
