I can’t tell you why it doesnt work , but I can tell you that I had a similar expirence, and I called their customer service center to help me and they refused to really help me so I was out the money, and the game (obviously) so I stopped playing and went on back to Eq2 wait till age of conan comes out in a few months….

First thing would be to check the code again, and carefully input it (it is case-sensitive) if that doesn’t work could mean if it wasn’t bought new, someone used it to install on their computer already.
