Why does World Choices E&O cost a little more than some B/Ds?
We know that our E&O coverage may be a little more expensive than other B/D’s (these B/Ds are usually large companies owned by insurance companies who subsidize their E&O), but it is our opinion that we offer a better value, even at the higher cost. Consider this fact – some states offer stronger consumer protection than other states. In the case of E&O, you and World Choice ARE the consumer. This is most important because coverage may not be so easily disputed in a stronger consumer protection state, like Texas. If there is a claim the real expense is not only financial but the experience can be emotionally draining too. We’ve made an informed choice for the benefit of our Company and our Registered Representatives.
