Why does Woodrun Five have such strict occupancy restrictions?
Woodrun Five’s restrictions of no more than two people age 12 or older for each original bedroom are mandated by the Homeowners Association documents. This restriction assures a quality experience for our guests, providing for adequate parking and access to staff and services. Homeowners are more comfortable furnishing their homes with quality items and personal touches when they are assured their homes will not be overcrowded.
