Why does WebCT tell me my user ID/username or password is incorrect?
If you receive this message when attempting to log into the WebCT direct homepage at webct.nwacc.edu, , you are entering the wrong WebCT ID or Password. First, make sure your CAPS LOCK is off. WebCT is case-sensitive, meaning that the ID and password must be typed in the case they were entered in. All WebCT IDs at NWACC are in lower-case. The password for the WebCT server is your Student PIN (Personal Identification Number). This is the six-digit number you use as a password to access EagleNet. It is not your seven-digit Student ID. It is not your My NWACC Connection password. Note: If you change your EagleNet PIN for any reason, your WebCT Password will automatically change to match that number. Whatever six-digit number your EagleNet PIN is, that will also be your WebCT Password. Also, please remember that EagleNet (and consequently WebCT) will only accept a six-digit number as the PIN. If you think the PIN you chose was longer, try using only the first six digits.
