Why does waffle complain about `truncated batch?
cbwfaq@locutus.ofB.ORG if people post news with ASCII 13s (Carriage Returns) in them on certain sites which aren’t expecting it, they get propogated where they shouldn’t be. waffle’s rnews counts them in one part of the code but misses them in another part of the code, and if the two counts don’t match, gives this error. of course, it could be that you really did get an incomplete batch. if so, retransmit.
