Why does Vievo not start up on MacOSX?
This usually happens when you don’t have X11 installed. Follow the instruction on this site to install it: http://evo.caltech.edu/evoGate/support/macSupport.jsp. If you have X11 installed and you still cannot start ViEVO, then try to start it from the X11 terminal: 1) cd ~/.Koala/plugins/ViEVO 2) ./ViEVO evo-eu.cern.ch/10000 .
