For example, Veriscape has calculated that for IT outsourcing for IntelleCat the pure IT time required to resolve the problem is approximately 12 man hours and thus equaling US $120. On the contrary an IntelleCat senior support person can often resolve the same problem in 15 minutes, thus a cost of US $62.50. These are the hard dollar costs.
