Why does UTSA charge a fee to park on campus?
Business Auxiliary Services is one of the university’s auxiliary departments, and must be completely self-funding relative its parking operations. Costs for UTSA parking facility construction, maintenance, enforcement, administration, andshuttle busoperations must befunded by fees assessed to UTSA parking system users.
