Why does United Registrar of Systems Limited have more than one office representing themselves in more than one country e.g.: USA and Russia, but single offices in other countries?
United Registrar of Systems Limited would prefer to have a single office per country, if this is possible. However, due to the geographical size of a country and its population it is not always possible to serve clients in a manner which they expect from a single office. Whilst it may appear, at first sight, to give a client a choice of local office contacts, we have found that the speed of response to client needs is often much improved.
