Why does Uncle Howards provide kits for anyones design?
Uncle Howard’s recognizes that there are thousands of wonderful plans and ideas available. We customize most of our plans for customers anyway. Most plan providers are not able to provide “wet stamped” engineered plans. When engineers modify their plan to bring them to code, there is considerable extra cost. These modifications change the provided stamped plans, lumber, hardware, roofing, builder directions and free delivery.
