Extensive time was devoted to properly formulate TriOral. Each bottle contains one of the major active ingredients. Keeping the active ingredients separate until just prior to use provides maximum protection against bad breath each time they are used. That is part of the TriOral patent and that is why TriOral can stop bad breath for 12 hours.
