We’re not really sure, but we know how to fix it! Start toraView with the following URL parameter (substitute your domain and installation directory): http://…yourdomain…/…directory…/tcdb_toraview.html?reset=yes Do not use reset=yes unless you are having a problem or have installed a new version of toraView. This URL parameter resets all application and session variables, something you don’t want to do routinely.
