Why does TNVolunteerism.org currently not offer email accounts?
A. Email, although a widely used form of electronic communication, is subject to much SPAM and distribution of viruses today. Protection of email accounts requires the use of multiple SPAM and virus filters as well as a full time manager just to oversee the administration of any email server. In order to maintain free hosting services to Tennessee nonprofit organizations, TNVolunteerism.org has opted out of offering email services. We suggest that you consider using free email services such as Gmail.com by Google or Yahoo.com as your primary email provider for your nonprofit organization.
