Why does TLAN.PK quote on the PinkSheets, and not on the NASDAQ or OTCBB?
We decided in 2008 to focus dramatically on our business and save all of our funds for operations. At the time we requested a quotation for an SEC Audit and decided that the funds would be better employed in the development of our business and technology. Therefore we decided to be traded on the PinkSheets rather than follow the costly process of filing a securities registration statement. Regardless, we still strive to provide our investors as much information as possible and do maintain regular financial filings and information statements on our website and on the Pinksheets website. Additionally, as proud as we our about our business we do not feel that it is big enough to be a fully reporting company. We do expect to become a fully reporting company within the next two years.
