Why does Tiberian Sun only show a black screen when it starts?
There can be a couple of reasons why the screen is black at the start. Make sure our resolution is at 800×600. Right click anywhere on the desktop. From the menu that appears select properties. From the Display Properties window select the settings tab. Under the Screen Resolution there is a slider bar. Slide it until it reads 800×600. Select apply then OK. Your screen should then resize.
