ThumbsPlus shows system and hidden directories because Microsoft elected to make the Windows 95 and 98 Fonts directory a hidden, system directory. You can select whether hidden files or folders are shown using Options | Preferences | Disks & Folders, or Options | Which Files | Hidden.
