Why does the winning numbers message sometimes not come until later in the day?
Several reasons could cause the delivery of your message to be delayed for several hours. One of the most frequent reasons is that your ISP may be performing maintenance on the mail system when the message is sent out. Another is that changes made by your ISP cause their mail server to think our message is “spam” mail. In both cases, our mail server will attempt to resend the message hourly over the next 2 days. This could also happen with the confirmation email after you subscribe or unsubscribe to the list.
