Why does the Web site say “Order Disabled”?
If you see “Order Disabled” next to the ORDER button, click the link that says “Click here to find out why.” You’ll see an explanation for why ordering is disabled. Often this occurs if you did not log in to the Web site and are therefore browsing listings as a guest. Log out (as a guest) by clicking “Log Out” in the dark grey navigation bar at the top of the page. Then log back in by returning to ShawOnDemand.ca, and entering your Shaw email address and password or your Online Customer Care login name and password.
