The first time you sign into Skype with the latest version of the VoIPvoice application running, you must authorise the connection access. A window should have appeared stating “Another program wants to use Skype”. If you did not select “Allow this program to use Skype” or the window did not appear then you will need to do the following. Open Skype and click TOOLS>OPTIONS>PRIVACY>MANAGE OTHER PROGRAMS ACCESS TO SKYPE>Click on Skype Client.exe and then the CHANGE button and make sure you select “Allow this program to use Skype” and click OK.
