Why does the US have So Many friendly fire incidents?

0

I first remember reading about friendly fire in the Vietnam war and it appears to have increased in intensity with successive wars, that america has dragged other countries into,by saying that the country they want to go to war with,is a threat to world peace. With the possible exception of their venture into Grenada. There is a slight possibility that there were no friendly fire incidents there. How many mistakes could be made when the enemy is a farmer armed with a bunch of bananas?I suppose a soldier could slip on a banana and accidentally mow down half of his regiment but, that is stretching the imagination too far………maybe.I think we should look into the casualties of the american’s Huge Terrifyingly Great advance into Grenada. Edit……Wade is the best, sorry to have to be the one to burst the little bubble that you live in but, america did not save anything in the first or second world wars, you were a part of the allied forces that defeated the Germans. You did NOTHING on your own
