Why does the US have an embargo against Cuba, but not against Saudi Arabia?

Mainly because Cuba once stationed Russian nukes there in 1962 and nearly brought about the end of the world LMAO. Mr Castro was a hard line communist that stood allied with Red Russia against the west for many years. Saudi however, is a very good ‘customer’ of the USA and buys many aircraft and vehicles both civil and military, and as a rule Saudi behaves itself and does not threaten it’s neighbours or stage nuclear warheads 90 miles of America’s coast like Castro did. Whether Saudi treats it’s women and others badly is an internal affair for them. Clearly, in Castro’s regime atrocities and human rights issues are a problem, no one is whiter than white, even the USA and UK re the Guantanamo fiasco.
