UPDATE: Ex-Credit Suisse Broker Tzolov Considered A Fugitive NEW YORK (Dow Jones)–Ex-Credit Suisse Group (CS) broker Julian Tzolov, who was set to go to trial later this month on fraud charges, has been labeled a fugitive after disappearing in May, prosecutors said Friday. In a letter to the court Friday, the U.S. Attorney’s office in Brooklyn said Tzolov, who was free on bail and subject to home confinement with electronic monitoring, left his home without permission May 9 and is considered a fugitive. Tzolov is a native of Bulgaria. An arrest warrant for Tzolov was issued May 11 and remained under seal until Thursday, according to the government’s letter. “Beginning on May 9, and continuing thereafter, the government has undertaken an extensive effort to determine Tzolov’s whereabouts and apprehend him,” prosecutors said in their letter. A lawyer for Tzolov didn’t immediately return a phone call seeking comment Friday. Jury selection is scheduled for June 22 in the criminal case aga
