Why does the tracking number assigned by A1 Pool Parts not work in the UPS tracking system?
At the time of purchase, A1 Pool Parts generates a confirmation “tracking” number. This is different than a UPS tracking number. UPS tracking numbers are not generated until the product is shipped. Once shipped, we update the order with the UPS tracking number so the customer can track their package. This is also included in the shipping confirmation email, which is sent out when the order ships. If your order has shipped and no UPS tracking ID has been specified, please email us at Customerservice@A1PoolParts.com and we will promptly reply with the current status of your shipment and the UPS tracking ID.
