Why does the temperature in a freezer room fluctuate?

0

A standard freezer room has a defrost cycle which operates on electric heater elements. This defrost cycle runs for approximately 25 minutes every 6 hours. The fan unit (blower) which is mounted inside the freezer room will stop working for this time as the defrost cycle starts. The room temperature will change (it will get warmer) but the product temperature remains frozen.
