The Exchange gateway is always looking for mailbox-exchange_server_name for the profile. If there is no such profile, the MAPI server on Windows will prompt you to create one. After that, you will not be prompted again if you are using the same mailbox and Exchange server name. For example: If your mailbox is mymailbox and the Exchange Server name is exserver01, the Exchange Gateway is looking for a profile mymailbox-exserver01 on your Windows server. If there is none, StyleSet Editor will prompt you to create one.
