This is a known problem with Adobe Flash is running on certain browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and some versions of Safari. This issue has been fixed in some newer browsers. In the meantime, please use the following to close the study guide player: PC running IE, Firefox or Safari Click the red X icon (close button) in the upper left of the browser window. Macintosh running IE, Firefox or Safari Click the red circle icon (close button) in the upper left of the browser window.
