Why does the student’s resume include “Permanent Resident” in the residency status section when I requested “U.S. Citizens Only”?

We are required to display employability status with “US Citizen” and “Permanent Resident” combined. Permanent residents cannot be excluded from employment opportunities unless U.S. Citizenship is required for the position.
