Why does the status bar only say 9999 rows when many more rows have been imported?

This is a bug in import for *.txt and *.csv files. The actual number of rows imported is correct but the report stops counting at 9999. The report can be safely ignored because the import will have worked. The bug is fixed in the 8.0h update.
