Why does the Sports and Social Club have to relocate?
The Sports and Social Club is currently on a short term lease. The new proposals will provide certainty and allow the Sports and Social Club to secure its long term future. Furthermore, the proposed new cricket pitch will be larger than the existing provision, which in addition to a new club house will provide the club the opportunity for promotion to a higher standard league.
