Check spa control valves they could be improperly set, or maybe the valves are set to overflow the spa. Suction side might be adjusted to suck from spa instead of skimmer and cleaner and hence the spa water level is going down. Not good in the heat of the summer especially if you have a plaster pool. Plaster damage can occur. Spa control valves may be defective.
