Why does the section label indicate that adjustments are not included?
Adjustments to contributions are the removal of erroneous contributions submitted to your account. An adjustment may be submitted at any time. This means that an adjustment may be made during the year for a contribution that was received in a previous year. Therefore, the Annual Contribution Summary section only displays the gross amount of contributions received by the TSP during the calendar year. Contributions received by the TSP after December 31 are not included in this section, even if the contributions are for your December payroll. If you had any adjustments during this calendar year, the amount of the adjustments will be displayed in the Your Annual Account Summary section of the annual participant statement. For detailed information on any adjustments to your contributions, you should refer to your quarterly participant statements.
