Why does the screen jump after entering a claim number and again after entering a policy number?
• When you exit the claim number and policy number fields, the application is going through a process of checking the database to detect possible duplicate claims. The screen may also “jump” after entering a zip code. This occurs because the system is performing a zip code validation. These processes are running in the background, but sometimes will cause a blank box to flash on the screen.
