Please note that the GeneView display shows the allele change in the mRNA field. rs2522833 maps to the reference genomic assembly on the forward strand with alleles (A/C), but the mRNA is on the reverse strand of the assembly, so the SNP allele is flipped (reverse complement) to (T/G) for reporting on the mRNA.
