Why does the Reward Credit not appear on the same statement as the Travelocity charge?
Reward redemptions are generally credited the same day you request the reward. Travel charges may take a little longer to post to your Account. Sometimes your statement may cycle between the time you booked your travel and the time we receive the merchant charges. When this happens your Reward Credit and Travelocity charge may be reported on different statements.
