Why does the recipients email or mobile need to be set up to receive transfers?
In order to complete the transaction and send money to the recipient, we need to verify the email address or mobile number you provided and find out where to deposit the funds. Once your request is submitted, we will send an email or text message to the recipient about the transfer with instructions for how to receive it. If the transfer is not accepted within 14 days, the transaction will be canceled and you will be notified.
