Why does the rear panel have only eight analog outputs, even though the number of internal buses is greater than eight?
Not all buses are used for output, as some buses are also used as a feed to the internal virtual racks and for submix grouping. Note also that, for purposes of efficiency, buses can also be arbitrarily assigned to OMNI OUT jacks. If you find that you need more than eight output channels, you can install one or more mini-YGDAI cards as necessary. You can use these cards to freely add both analog outputs and digital outputs.
