Why does the Puppy Face icon flash and produce an alert box in the lower-right hand corner of my screen?
A. The Puppy Face Icon will start to flash and an alert box will be shown when your puppy has learnt a new trick or new information is available in the What’s New section of the Puppy Info Screen. By clicking on the alert, you will open the Puppy Info Screen if it is closed and display the new information. If you wish to hide the alerts, click on the checkbox marked ‘Do Not Show This Alert Again’. The Puppy Face Icon will continue to flash if there are new updates, however. If you do not wish to receive updates at all, right-click on the Puppy Face Icon and check ‘Switch Off Puppy Updates’ from the options menu which appears.
