This can happen if you ask Windows to display an HTML page (for example, by double-clicking the file in Windows Explorer, or opening an email attachment) while you are logged on to Proquote. Windows will display the new page in the last browser window opened – this may well be the Proquote Toolbar! If the Proquote Toolbar is used to display another HTML page you will be disconnected from the Proquote system.
