You may not have the auto cut option selected in the EPSON printer driver. Open the driver, click on the Paper tab, and select the auto cut setting if it is available. Also make sure the media type setting is not too thick for the built-in cutter blade. It is recommended that you cut thicker media using scissors or the optional manual cutter. The cutter blade may be dull from extensive use. Follow the instructions in the user manual to replace the cutter blade.
