Why does the Princess Festival cost $30?
– The Princess Festival has three purposes: 1) to raise funds for In Our Own Quiet Way’s programs in Kenya, 2) to unite the community in service, 3) to provide young girls with an uplifting adventure. The enormous effort it takes for our volunteers to put on this event makes it difficult for the event to last longer than 2 weeks. The price point was chosen with input from the community to maximize the funds raised for Kenya, while keeping it affordable for families.
