Version 5.9 and later of the Pocket PC application requires Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition. Most manufacturers will have updaters available for their handhelds. Unfortunately, HP is not planning to do this for iPaqs. If you are unable to update your Pocket PC, you may use this installer. You will see a warning that the application may not work with this version of Windows. You may safely ignore this warning.
