This is a bug in the current version of PowerPlugs: Video Backgrounds Player. It will be addressed in a future revision of the software. In the meantime, do the following to work around this problem: Apply the video that is on slide 1 to the last slide of your presentation. The play back of the looped Video Backgrounds-enhanced presentation should then consistently display moving backgrounds.
