Why does the Plan of Distribution indicate PNCGIS is the Administrator but my check indicates BNY Mellon?
On July 1st 2010, after the Distribution Plan was approved, PNCGIS was purchased by BNY Mellon and rebranded as BNY Mellon Asset Servicing. While the name is now different, the same administrator has been working on the Plan throughout the process and there has been no change to the staff working on administering the plan due to this purchase.
