Why does the PINNACLE chambered system help in viscosity control and therefore improve print quality?
Two main reasons: 1. Due to the small ink volume in the chamber as compared to a pan, the majority of the ink is in the feed tank where defoamers and viscosity control devices can be employed. 2. The closed design of the chamber stops solvent loss caused by turbulence in the pan. This reduces the viscosity change caused and improves consistency throughout the run.
