Why does the phone ring with no answering machine?
Arbuckles has chosen to maintain the tradition and respect of face-to-face transactions. Our employees are asked to not interrupt a conversation to answer the phone. We have 3 phones lines in hopes of catching all incoming calls with a live operator — so if no one answers during business hours we are REALLY busy! However, when we do answer the phone you can be sure that you have our complete attention!
