Why does the PeterPays window always stay on top?
The PeterPays windows stays on top throughout your call but may be minimized once your call has ended. There are two reasons for this somewhat unusual behaviour: Peter only receives payments from the advertisers, if the ads are shown to you. And only then he is able to pay for your phone calls. Additionally, keeping the window on top enables you to click ads that are of interest to you but still view the remaining program and call duration. After the call you may view the opened windows in your own time.
