A. This could happen for a couple of reasons. Note: If you have any other cameras previously installed, then it will cause a conflict. Please try uninstalling both cameras and reinstall the PenCam first. Also, if you have a TV/Tunner card it will interrupt the video portion of the PenCam manager. You will need to disable it in your Multimedia Properties. If you wish not to alter other video sources please try using Video Live Mail instead of the PenCam Manager.
